1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your use of the Site, including all features, content, and services offered. We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Services

Free Daily Reading: Users may access one single-card tarot reading per day without registration. No personal data is logged for these readings; questions and readings may be kept in anonymised form (nothing that identifies you) to help improve the Service.

Free Member Accounts: Registering for a free account ("member") lets you comment on blog posts and keep a private tarot journal, and stores your login information, questions asked, and reading results for history viewing. Free accounts are subject to fair-use daily limits on commenting and journalling. You can upgrade to full membership at any time.

Full Membership: Paid subscribers ("full members") additionally gain access to every reading spread, unlimited draws, AI readings, premium card decks, and full personalisation, with no daily limits on commenting or journalling. Subscriptions are billed on the applicable cycle and may be cancelled at any time. Cancelling ends full-member features when the paid period expires; your account then continues as a free member account, and you retain access to your reading history, journal, and comments.

All tarot readings are for entertainment purposes only.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You are solely responsible for any questions you submit or actions taken based on readings.

You may not spam the Site, attempt to bypass daily reading or posting limits, or use automated tools to access services. We may use IP address, device type, and navigation data to enforce limits, prevent abuse, and improve the Site.

5. User Content (Comments and Journal)

You retain ownership of everything you write on the Site.

Comments: Comments you post on blog articles are public and appear alongside your display name. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display them on the Site. Comments must be lawful and respectful, and must not contain spam, advertising, or personal data about other people. We may hide or remove comments that break these rules and may suspend accounts for repeated abuse. You can delete your own comments at any time.

Journal: Your tarot journal is private to your account. We never publish, analyse, or share journal entries, and you can edit or delete any entry at any time.

6. Disclaimers and Limitations

Entertainment Only: Tarot readings are not professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise).

No Endorsement of Illegal Activities: We do not endorse or encourage illegal actions. You are responsible for complying with all laws.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the past 12 months.

No Warranties: The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, and card decks, is owned by us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission. This does not affect your ownership of your own comments and journal entries.

8. User Data and Privacy

We collect and use data as described in our Privacy Policy. By registering, you agree to storage of your login information, questions, readings, comments, and journal entries so the Service can provide them back to you. Journal entries are stored solely so you can read and manage them; they are not used for analysis. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms, without notice or refund.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
